Still searching

So i’m about four weeks into my RV search, and slowly sifting through the options. The unit I want is not readily available since it’s not a very common style or layout, but there’s plenty of them out there to be had.

The one glaring issue that sticks out to me is how incredibly difficult people make it to buy an RV! I’m looking at both dealers and private parties, and both have their problems, but all of those problems are so easily resolved!

Dealers in general are ready to sell their units, but probably don’t have full hookups on site for a proper inspection (don’t EVER buy an RV without a complete, detailed inspection of EVERYTHING in the unit!). Private Parties seem to often be not ready for a sale, and also don’t have hookups available.

If you’re going to sell your RV, the first thing you need to do is BE READY TO SELL THE UNIT. I know, it seems obvious, but it’s amazing how many people aren’t ready to sell.
If you’re looking to buy an RV, look for a seller that’s ready to sell. If you’re selling an RV, PLEASE, be ready to sell!
